Through generous donations from our church members and local citizens, a number of fund raising events and long term parish savings, we are delighted to say that we are now past the halfway point for all phases of the project!
We have been blessed to receive grants and we continue our fund-raising efforts for Phase One. So far, £302,667 has been raised with the balance earmarked for phase two.

The Fulmer Charitable Trust
The Fulmer Charitable Trust is based in Marlborough and supports the relief of suffering and hardship, advancement of education and the advancement of religion.
We are very grateful for their grant of £1200.00!
Calne Lions
Calne Lions believe in helping those who need a little extra help in the community. They have generously donated for the purchase of the accessible toilet and grab bars.
Gift of £1000.00!
An amazing evening of music and history. Over 80 community members attended and raised over £1065.
It was fun getting out and exploring the town to distribute fliers during Lent. 5000 cards were distributed and raised £690.
The Community really came out for this event enjoying cakes and teas, tower tours, a tombola and the New Calne Singers. Their support went above and beyond our wildest expectations. In two hours we raised over £835.
Our first large grant has been received and we are very thankful to The Benefact Trust for their generous gift!

The Jack Lane Charitable Trust is based in Chippenham and provide grants for a variety of community projects.
The Jack Lane Charitable Trust was established in 2002 to benefit the communities of North Wiltshire and South Gloucestershire. We are able to champion and fund exciting and inspirational projects in these areas thanks to the extraordinary generosity of one man: Jack Lane. Jack Lane was a devoted farmer with a strong passion for the countryside.
We are so thankful to have been chosen by them to receive a grant of £2000.
What an exciting day for participants and audience alike! Who knew so much went into playing an organ and that Calne had such a fabulous one right here! (we did!)

This was the best event by far! With over 70 in attendance the dance floor was packed and the silent action of 33 items was amazing! Some of Calne's local businesses helped! Shout out to Pasty Cove and The Pet's Butler!
In total we raised £2432.25!
In spite of the town council cancelling the "Calneval" at the last minute, we had a great turnout for the annual Teddy Bear Jump! In total over 100 furry bears, giraffes, angler fishes, and so many more assorted friends took a leap of faith from the top of the church tower to raise £681!
Unfortunately, this event was really hurt by the cancellation of Calneval. Those who attended had a great time. We greatly appreciate the team at Clare's Circus for their donation of their time and talents.
